Dental Recruiter (Part-Time 2-3 days per week) Cherry Tree Dental | Madison, WI - (Hybrid) Cherry Tree Dental is seeking a motivated and personable part-time dental recruiter to help us find exceptional dental professionals who will uphold our commitment to outstanding patient care across our practices. Headquartered in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin, Cherry Tree Dental partners with our dental practices to support dentists and team members so they can focus on delivering exceptioinal patient care. **This role is a hybrid role (on-site and remote), as it will require occasional travel to Cherry Tree Dental clinical sites, work locations, and schools, therefore candidates should be within a reasonable distance of Madison, WI.** What You'll Do: As a Part-Time Dental Recruiter, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring top clinical and non-clinical dental professionals. This includes: + Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. + Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts, from job posting to interviews to offers. + Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit. + Facilitate interview feedback and guide hiring decisions in partnership with leadership. + Utilize job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals to identify qualified dental professionals. + Prepare and extend verbal and written offers and facilitate onboarding. + When appropriate, work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates. + Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. + Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions. + Collaborate with leadership to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and assists with implementing solutions. + Compile or assist with acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. + Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. + Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: + Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. + Education and relative work experience can be considered in lieu of associate degree. + Three years of relative work experience. + 3+ years dental recruiting experience preferred. + Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software or other recruitment systems. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent interpersonal skills. + Ability to travel for work, up to 25 percent, including out of town and overnight, for various meetings or professional development opportunities.
