Job Title: Sr. Dental and Vision Product Consultant I Job Location: Virtual Role Value Proposition: This role is responsible for supporting the Dental and Vision Product Directors in the Product COE. This position will also provide technical product support and deep advisory/consultative expertise to sales partners, proposal and underwriting teams in those product areas. Key Responsibilities: * The individual will need to understand the products that are within the area of expertise at a detailed level * Support Sales, proposals and underwriting with Technical Product questions * Revise dental and vision plan reviews for external use; evaluate and determine variable language or alternative plan options for National Accounts cases * RFP / RFI support (QA and edits, as well as development of responses, for RFP and RFI responses) * Supporting product development initiatives as SME * Reporting support (i.e. benchmarking, disruption reports) * Support in market resources for customer meetings (finalist, stewardship and broker meetings) * Support development of training material (GBSU, Met U, Underwriting, Sales Academy) * Support internal product training as needed * Partner with marketing on finalist and sales collateral development * Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
