As a Dentist at JFDC, you will: + Become a pillar of our dental team: Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, educate patients and staff on proper oral health practices, and collaborate with Tribal dental providers to ensure the best possible care for our community. + Lead by example: Supervise Dental Hygienists assigned to your patients and ensure adherence to OSHA safety protocols and Tribal dental policies. + Contribute to our success: Assist in reviewing clinic productivity, scheduling procedures, and establishing guidelines for care and treatment. + Make a lasting impact: Participate in dental quality assurance programs and provide guidance to leadership on developing services that meet the specific needs of the Tribal population.
