This is an opportunity for a highly adaptable individual to work in a fast-paced environment providing administrative support to the Pathology division in Glostrup.
We need a proactive, outgoing Admin Support with flair for IT and an eye for details. You are highly organized and can support a variety of stakeholders. You should enjoy the variation from maintaining records and working with tasks as entering data in the systems to organizing internal meetings and support VIP visits. The environment is flexible, and you thrive in a structured environment where priorities and deadlines may change on short notice. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Scheduling appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, and coordinating any/all related arrangements.Applying knowledge of the job and company policies to complete assignments in a time-efficient manner.Participating in planning and organizing site events varying from external speaker events to celebrations and parties.Ad hoc work for the Administrative Program Manager and the functions in Pathology DivisionThe candidate will be in a unique position to provide senior manager support and contribute to Agilent's growth and success. This role is based in our Glostrup offices. Remote work is possible on an occasional basis.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience for entry to this level.Good English and Danish communication skills, both written and spoken.A good teammate with pleasant personality, good demeanor and the ability to work independentlyStrong organization skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Offices Suite - Excel, Word, and Power Point.Additional Details
