Basic Job Functions:
The Material Handling Production Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to: Communicating effectively with team members to provide pertinent information and keep them informed; Support document preparation, data analysis, and generating reports/presentations using Excel and PowerPoint; Assist in maintaining production supplies and services through completing scheduling and procurement activities to support; Aid with Oracle EBS, quality systems, and ERP functions; Support leadership team with timesheet review and payroll processes; and Provide assistance in arranging training, interviews, meetings, and events as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree or 2 years equivalent work experience in developing and maintaining spreadsheets and reports to support purchasing, timekeeping, and production activities in PowerPoint and Excel 1 year of time keeping administration experience Prior experience coordinating, scheduling, and ordering services and supplies High level of proficiency using Microsoft tools for a minimum of 1 year in an administrative role or applicable experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience scheduling and ordering supplies and services Knowledge of Oracle EBS systems Knowledge of quality systems Knowledge of ERP systems
