The Opportunity

This position works at Umraniye location in the Established Pharma Division. As Department Assistant, you will be reporting to Medical Director.

What You’ll Do

Assisting Medical and Market Access Director and Finance Controller and other team members in the department in terms of all secretarial duties and administrative activities,Organizing the meeting and travel organizations,Composing communications, letters, memos, assessments, surveys, etc.Developing and preparing presentations as required,Preparing all the necessary reports regarding departmental activities,Managing the documentation, filing, archiving processes efficiently

Required Qualifications

University degreeMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar executive secretary role or similar positionStrong communication, organizing and problem solving skillsSelf-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the teamFluent in spoken and written EnglishProficiency in MS Office applications
