Department Assistant II

Essential Duties:

Answers phones and routes calls to appropriate team member.Reviews/analyzes/resolves compliance information.Uploads documents and Tracer data entry supporting CMSResponsible for Kronos and time keeping duties. Supports the scheduling of department meetings and the completion of meeting minutes.Responsible for procedure manuals and updating process flow maps.May lead the coordination and planning of programs and events.May lead the coordination of training and certification programs.Maintains confidentiality.Performs all other duties as assigned. 

Education and Experience:

High School DiplomaTwo year or more clerical/administrative experienceStrong computer skillsKnowledge of medical terminology, preferred work experience in a healthcare setting.Critical Thinking
