Virginia Tech's Facilities and Operations Department workers will provide maintenance, housekeeping, customer service, and logistics assistance to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Workers may provide additional customer service support to the department as needed. Documentation and tracking within the Work Order System may be required.
