Position Summary
Responsible for all office functions, including data entry and appointment scheduling for the Occupational Health Services Department.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1. Answers telephone calls, schedules appointments, greets and assists patients at front desk.
2. Performs clerical duties (labeling, filing, retrieving, sorting, distributing, and scanning reports/mail/charts).
3. Facilitates timely chart completion and maintains an accurate record of employees processed and services provided.
4. Accurately inputs patient registration.
