What are we looking for?

5+ years experience in a related IT desciplineProject/Program ManagementBudget ManagementStakeholder Relationship Management of functional experts and senior stakeholdersKnowledge of Demand and Supply solutions

What will be your key responsibilities?Functional knowledge about SAP Finance, Inbound and Outbound systems and processes.Leads a high performing team of up to 4 associates and 5 to 15 contractors.Be an ambassador of Agile methodology/delivery and embrace Mars Digital Technologies ways of working and initiative.Responsible for building and maintaining high performing team members (Scrum Masters, Development Teams, …)Applies technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design and performance requirements; and which are appropriate given the context within which they will be implemented.
