Position Summary Responsible to receive and process customer orders from affiliate markets. With systems integration in place, will use the Advance Planning tool to deploy finish goods to the markets supported. Will be the liaison for the customers, coordinating with the respective functions within the organization or 3rd party suppliers to ensure order is fulfilled on time and accurately. Responsibilities Responsible to receive/ process manual and/or EDI orders from both affiliates and 3rd party export customers. Handle exception messages and plan/create deliveries that will include drop-shipment request. Coordinate with Replenishment Planners on product availability and communicate with customers on delivery schedules. Liaises with shipping planners as needed. Establish; execute/coordinate purchase plans for affiliate and 3rd party sourced products (Specific to drop shipment model). Mitigate constrains/request with the respective functions. Responsible to obtain, review, analyze customer/market specific forecast per the established periods to facilitate planning. Includes engagement and feedback to markets. Coordinates with Replenishment Planners to manage new product cycle plan and product phase in, phase out schedules. Validates and maintains integrity of information flow from ERP to the planning systems, maintains planning parameters. (vis versa) Supports business goals, track and publish performance, while balancing the organizations inventory and delivery objectives. Will be responsible to initiate / support LEAN activities to continuously improve the business process, including regional projects. What we are looking for Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder in related discipline (Supply Chain or Logistics), with 3 years' experience in Planning and analytical role. APICS / CPIM; CSCP certified, preferred. A good appreciation of planning concepts. Able to remain customer focus and balancing inventory goals. Able to work with multi systems for planning and processing sales orders. Experience using Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, charts, pivot tables and using of functions to tabulate data. Able to perform under pressure. Demonstrate competency in both written and spoken English language. Come join us!
