Join Our Team as a Deployment Engineer!

As a Deployment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and deploying code across various environments, ensuring smooth transitions and operational excellence.

What You'll Do: Support deployment execution in a 24/7 environment under guidance.Perform basic troubleshooting for application and system issues.Assist in executing incidents, problems, and service requests, including applying workarounds.Conduct daily health-checks and report findings to Engineers.Provide technical support for BSS applications, ensuring issue escalation as needed.Contribute to service restoration, problem investigations, and change implementations.Assist in defining and tracking SLAs and key performance indicators.Help identify automation and process improvement opportunities.Maintain and update system documentation.Support knowledge-sharing efforts within the team.Collaborate with Engineers on minor release deployments.What We're Looking For: Basic understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles.Familiarity with Linux systems for basic troubleshooting.Knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting databases.Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).Basic scripting skills in Bash or Perl.Understanding of IP networking and telecom architecture. Basic awareness of SecOps principles.Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).Ability to work in a multinational environment.Why Join Us?
