Job Description
Join our Deposit Services Team as a Deposit Operations Specialist. In this role, you will handle deposits, garnishments, levies, and more. This position does not require balancing, lending, or Excel skills.
ResponsibilitiesHandle deposits, garnishments, and levies.Provide excellent customer service.Perform data entry tasks.Utilize Microsoft Office applications.Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.Essential SkillsExperience in accounting, finance, customer service, data entry, or banking operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to handle deposits, garnishments, and levies.Skills & QualificationsPreferred banking experience to understand operational workflows (excluding lending).Work Environment
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position located in Gretna. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a rotating 9 AM to 6 PM shift occurring three times a year for two weeks each rotation. After 60-90 days of training, there is an option to transition to a hybrid work model.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
