Job Responsibilities
As a Fraud Specialist IV, you will:
Assist the Fraud Supervisor to develop and lead a team of Specialists Lead by example and coach on key behaviors to drive results Identify ways to support inclusion and diversity Effectively prioritize work, and approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome Operates with urgency and meet deadlines Communicate both verbally and written Participates in execution of strategy and Abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures Drive risk and control initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
