In this role, you will:

Lead complex initiatives including building and managing development roadmaps for new deposits and investments products or enhancementsConduct competitive benchmarking and market research and results-oriented analysis for major products and servicesDevelop and manage deposit pricing for Wells Fargo’s corporate and commercial depositsPartner with key stakeholders (Product, Finance, Legal, Technology and Operations) to execute the investment projects that deliver product capabilities and enhancements and drive innovation in the product portfolioAct as primary Deposits and Investment contact for critical product development and control projects including working with project managers, subject matter experts, and managers companywideImplement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of moderate complexityMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impactOversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesLead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Product management experience within a wholesale deposits and investments product portfolio including a good understanding of the technology and solutions landscapeTransaction banking or cash management product management experienceDeposit pricing experienceDemonstrated product transformation and product development experience under an Agile frameworkAbility to effectively partner across the organization to accomplish goals and tasksAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentExpert proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), and data analysis tool (e.g., Tableau)Executive presence and Strategic thinkerExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
