WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE + Manage day-to-day operations of Visayas and Mindanao depots, ensuring on time delivery of products to customers. + Drive growth and efficiency improvements by collaborating with our 3PLs, Procurement and Customer Experience team to minimize cost to serve and improve delivery performance. + Transform the company’s reverse logistics processes to minimize losses from trade returns and delivery refusals. + Oversee national stock recovery operations and work with BUs to reduce business waste. + Lead the monthly logistics demand and supply reconciliation (DSR) governance. Experiences & Qualifications + At least 3 years experience in supply chain and logistics + Experience in working and managing 3PL performance + Knowledge in handling databases and basic coding skills is a plus + Supply chain certifications such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma or any similar certifications would be an advantage Skills + Knowledge on SAP Distribution + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Proficient in excel + Highly analytical and with attention to detail + With entrepreneurial mindset We highly encourage applicants to exclude information on age, gender, and school/s in view of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
