Overview Functions as the Depot Property Book Officer is primarily responsible for completion of monthly reports, inventories, and KPIs. Responsible for overseeing, managing, ensure accountability, issuing, and receiving items for the Ministry of National Guard. Directly responsible for daily activities, ensure all items are tracked in the sustainment system G21 ERP. Responsibilities Collection of reports on all equipment, to include all tactical and commercial assets within IAW AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1, AND DA PAM 735-5. Support the Property Manager in maintaining property books and hand receipts utilizing G21 ERP. Ensure that monthly reports, inventories, and KPIs are maintained. Ensuring and maintaining 100% accountability of equipment, all authorized equipment is on hand. Report any deficiencies, adjustments, inventory results, and any property concerns to sub hand receipt holders, Logistics Manager, and ATSS Operations Manager. Managing Excess Equipment and redistribution, and monitoring supply personnel actions in G21 ERP. Maintaining property books and hand receipts utilizing G21 ERP. Ensure that all supporting documents is filed in accordance with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS). Ensure correctness of all documentation, verify serial numbers, National Stock Numbers (NSN), Line Item Numbers (LIN) and Nomenclatures prior to issuing equipment. Support the Government in managing the Army Non-Tactical Vehicle Program in accordance with AR 58-1. Preparing and executing monthly 10%, quarterly, bi-annual, annual, and Change of Command Inventories. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. Secondary school graduate certificate or equivalent years of relevant experience required, post-secondary education (i.e., associate degree or higher) required. Experience: 10 years of experience in US Army Logistics/Supply Chain Management (LSCM) or 10 years of military LSCM, or 10 years of industry/civilian experience required. Former Senior Non-Commissioned, Commissioned, or Technical Warrant Officer preferred, or Civilian equivalency. Must possess an understanding of the US Army aviation logistics system specific to aircraft maintenance and repair. Demonstrated performance in managing best-in-class industry supply chain principles including inventory management, forecasting/optimization and planning, stock store and issue, material handling, packaging, and transportation/goods movement, logistics IT systems, and Logistics/Supply Chain Management (LSCM) training. Working knowledge of property accountability and reporting, quality control, vendor/subcontractor management, and import/export administration. Skills & Technology Used: Knowledge of policies, principles, and procedures of military staff organization and operations. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. Ability to deal effectively with people in the completion of staff functions. Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner. Knowledge of pertinent KSA (Labor Law), SANG and OPM-SANG operational procedures concerning job related activities desired. Proficient in MS Office Professional software required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook and Publisher). Proficient in Microsoft Project and SharePoint highly desired.
