Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time.  Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers.  Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.  Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines:  Reliability System Safety and Supportability.


What You Will Do:
Life Cycle Engineering seeks a Depot Sustainment Analyst to join our AMRAAM team located in Tucson, AZ. 

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Synchronize depot functions – to include receiving/induction, spares provisioning, repairs, (end-item and subassembly), plant clearance, sales, and shippingProvide sustainment engineering support for developmental and legacy programs to achieve long-term product sustainment strategies and planningAssist with supportability analyses and provide inventory recommendations, including but not limited to spares recommendations, maintenance procedure updates, and parts and materials substitutions as necessaryCollaborate across factory and logistics teams to resolve shipping backlogsCoordinate with Depot Coordinator and Operations to facilitate factory hardware repair workThe ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

This position is based at Raytheon’s facilities in Tucson, AZ and is designated as ONSITE.

Qualifications You Must Have: 

Typically Requires: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a military or civilian environmentExperience with depot functions and/or logisticsActive and transferrable final U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer: 

Familiarity with PRISMStrong interpersonal and communication skills to work with team membersUnderstanding of depot hardware handling and transportation requirementsFamiliarity with factory operations, procedures and depot flow activitiesExperience working with US Military programsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBroad knowledge of ILS processes, including sustainment and supportability principles and concepts

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
