Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time.  Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers.  Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.  Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines:  Reliability System Safety and Supportability.

What You Will Do:
Life Cycle Engineering is conducting search for a Depot Sustainment Manager based at Raytheon’s Tucson, AZ facility.

In this role, you’ll directly support the Sustainment Manager and will work in cross-functional teams to execute awarded delivery orders, while leading a team of 8-10 individuals whose tasks support depot and sustainment activities.

Additional responsibilities related to overall support of the day-to-day activities for successful program execution will include:

Understanding and communicating contract requirements to cross-functional teamsCoordination and oversight of day-to-day activities of the Life Cycle Engineering Depot Team, including depot support, shipping, Government Furnished Material (GFM) accounting and missile reportingControl Account Manager (CAM) activitiesExecuting delivery of the products and services to include briefing the customer as requiredIdentifying risks and opportunities and supporting the execution of associated mitigation and capture plansActively supporting the on-time delivery of Sustainment products and servicesActively supporting performance to technical, cost, schedule, quality and EXIM requirementsSupporting proposal efforts

This position is posted as ONSITE and is based at Raytheon’s Tucson, AZ facility.

Qualifications You Must Have: 

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of relevant experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this positionExperience supporting Depot activities including Supply Chain, Logistics, Program Management or OperationsExperience leading a teamActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
