Our service is rated Good by CQC and we have two flats where we provide support to 3 individuals who have complex needs and learning disabilities.
As a Deputy Care Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Care Manager to lead and deliver a personalized, responsive, and high-quality service to the individuals we support. You will ensure the effective management of our dedicated staff team made up of around 10 people. Your role will be divided into 2 shifts supporting as a Support Worker and 3 Admin shifts.

Your duties can include:
