As the Deputy Director for Explore Minnesota Film you will oversee the Film Production Tax Credit and other state film incentive programs and lead the overall marketing and communications strategy for the department. Demonstrated leadership experience as a manager, supervisor, team lead, lead worker or project lead AND Five years of professional experience in developing and guiding marketing and communications strategies that demonstrates: + Knowledge of and proficiency in contemporary issues and opportunities in film production and film marketing. + Experience working at a state, regional or local film commission. + Experience leading results-driven, multi-channel, integrated marketing plans. + Experience forming and leading cross-functional teams. + Experience with stakeholder management and community engagement. + Experience managing human and fiscal resources. + Experience leveraging data and analytics to monitor effectiveness, develop insights and create measures for success. + Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
