Position Summary: Reports to the Vice President of Behavioral Health. Responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, maintaining operations and administrative functions of the SP-SRO.
Essential Accountabilities
ADMINISTRATION
Oversee the hiring process of all staff, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews.
Orientation / training of all staff.
Responsible for program evaluation and Quality Assurance.
Document supervision of staff, including providing formal, bi-weekly direct supervision to Program Director
Completion of annual staff evaluations. Progressive discipline, corrective action, and termination of employees as necessary.
Oversees all file documentation. Periodically does internal audit of files and review tracking form.
Maintains program budget and other administrative tasks as required.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures and all relevant local city, state, and federal regulations.
Completion of monthly and annual reports.
Responsible for overseeing, identifying and reporting of physical plant safety issues. Interfacing with General Services Personnel.
Responsible for completing payroll.
Reports to the Vice President of Behavioral Health & Residential Services.
OPERATIONAL
Facilitate communication between program, Intake Department, and Tax Credit Management to ensure maintenance of waitlist.
Evaluate treatment and care of residents and monitors records.
Conduct monthly case reviews with residential staff.
Oversees Residence staff towards development and implementation of Service Plans.
Oversee discharge process.
Ensure ongoing training and development of staff.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend workshops and conferences as requested. Mandatory trainings required.
Responsible for maintaining (or having access to) a personal vehicle throughout the course of the workday.
Other duties as assigned.
