Deputy General Manager, HR
A global leader in integrated transport and logistics services provider is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Regional HR Director position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Global HR projects in collaboration with respective teams. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and promoting best practices, expertise, and thought leadership. Developing and executing the talent strategy to align with organizational goals. Manage the Centres of Excellence, working in close partnership with Regional HR teams to provide unified and consistent support to the business. Advise business leaders and managers on talent management strategies, with an emphasis on Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, and Succession Planning. Provide leadership, governance, and development support for HR functions, including Regional and Country HR Managers. Spearhead initiatives to strengthen Employer and Employee branding while advancing Diversity & Inclusion efforts.

Requirements: Minimally 15 years’ experience in both strategic and operational HR Experience working at Regional HQ or Global HQ Good leadership and change management skills Possesses strong ability in influencing, communicating and stakeholder management skills
