**Name:** Vertical Head - EM **Job Grade:** G8 **Job Title:** DGM **Function:** Marketing **Location:** SUN House , Mumbai **Job Summary** The Vertical Head role will be responsible for therapies of Gastroenterology, Pain Management, Ophthalmology across EM (APAC, Africa, MENA, & LatAm) and in terms of Geographies, will be responsible for co-ordinating the marketing effort of South Africa, Nigeria and ME. **Areas Of Responsibility** + Driving the marketing & strategic brand management activities for assigned countries and therapies. + Accountable for working with team to develop country specific marketing plans to meet short & long term objectives + Responsible for managing sales forecasts and budget planning (Revenue and Expense) + Global strategic therapy & brand planning, execution and control + New product identification & launch + Cross functional collaboration (sales/purchase/medical/market research) + Conceptualize & execute differential country specific marketing strategies to gain MS + Responsible for KOL management & development + Quarterly review meetings with business head thereby getting detailed business insights across various countries in emerging markets + Regular cycle meetings in country for which travel will be required + Lead multi-cultural teams based out of countries and in the HO, India + Guide & coach team members to ensure high performance& consistent delivery of goals in a matrix structure **Travel Estimate** Up to 30 % will be travel time **Job Scope** **Internal Interactions (within the organization)** Across Functions & Hierarchy **External Interactions (outside the organization)** Customers , Vendors , Agencies , Societies **Job Requirements** **Educational Qualification** B.Pharm, MBA (Marketing) **Specific Certification** Nil **Skills** Marketing & Selling Skills , Team management skills **Experience** More than 15+ years **_Disclaimer:_** _The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employee within this classification.
