Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy General Manager - HC with 14 to 18 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Revenue Cycle Management and Provider domain. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the accounts receivable processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy. This role requires working from the office during night shifts.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.Provide strategic direction and leadership to the accounts receivable team to achieve departmental goals.Implement and maintain effective revenue cycle management practices to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in accounts receivable operations.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to accounts receivable and revenue cycle management.Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the accounts receivable team.Lead efforts to resolve complex billing and collection issues working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of accounts receivable and revenue cycle performance.Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve accounts receivable processes and efficiency.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the accounts receivable team encouraging innovation and best practices.Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts receivable records with the general ledger.Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance the overall financial performance of the organization.Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices.Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.Have extensive experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry.Show proficiency in using accounts receivable software and financial systems.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.Hold a bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.Preferably have a masters degree or relevant professional certification.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.Show a track record of successfully implementing process improvements.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Be committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.Have experience working night shifts and be comfortable with the work schedule.Certifications Required
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)
