Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage the design and engineering team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of precast projects Oversee the development of precast products from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and project management to drive continuous improvement and innovation in precast design and engineering Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex design and engineering challenges Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all design and engineering activities Develop and implement design and engineering best practices to optimize processes and enhance productivity Conduct regular performance evaluations, mentorship, and training for the design and engineering team Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to drive competitive advantage Participate in the strategic planning and budgeting for design and engineering initiatives Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to showcase expertise and build strong relationships

The ideal candidate will have at least 14 + years of experience in the precast industry and a Bachelor of Engineering degree. They should possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality and innovation.
