**JOB SUMMARY**
Gurgaon based. Oversees the Staffing operations and programs by directing all recruiting activities and operational processes. Ensures compliance with regulations and establishes standards for the function.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Seeks out best practices, innovative and strategic tools for operational excellence.
+ Ensures accountability for all parties involved in the recruiting process for compliance with applicable applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring requirements. Develops and maintains performance metrics that provide clarity of trending, benchmarking and insight for making program and process improvements.
+ Leverages technology to support staffing initiatives.
+ Develops and manages metrics to measure overall recruitment/staffing process effectiveness. Develops departmental policies.
+ Develops and manages the CBRE employment brand.
+ Prepares and manages the recruitment budget.
+ Manages the planning, organization and controls for a major functional area or department. May be responsible for a mix of direct and matrix reports
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment with at least 3-5 years experience in a managerial position.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills
+ Experience in managing volume hiring
+ Post graduation in business management, HR or an equivalent field is desirable
+ Well versed with Recruitment Metrics & Reporting, Diversity Hiring.
+ Strong data analytics skills.
+ Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
+ Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications. Demonstrated knowledge of basic human resources functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, training and development.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information
