Deputy Head of Natural Resources

The Role

•    Work with the reporting manager and business units to identify and develop business opportunities that generate long-term client relationships and profitable revenue growth from the full range of new and existing products and services. 
•    Understand the clients’ business and their risk management needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service.
•    Identify primary budget holders and decision makers within clients, establish and maintain active relationships with these people.
•    Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients’ needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients.
•    Utilizing and managing WTW Policies for ensuring that new business plans are incorporated. The renewal business target are monitored and managed accordingly.
•    Teamwork and collaboration with reporting manager, Regional and Global for reporting, broking and placement.   
•    Ensure sales and sevice activities in compliance with the Company requirements (BUL, RMA reports, sales analysis, procedures, regulations…)
•    Coordinate with Claim Team for following up and managing claims pending as assigned.
•    Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required.
•    Coordinate with Accounting Department to assure premium and/or commission collection
•    Other tasks assigned by Line Manager and the Company
 

 The Requirements

•    University degree
•    Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
•    At least 05 years experience in insurance with broker or non-life insurer at managerial role either in client management or business development
•    Strong leadership skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication
•    Deep understanding of insurance concepts and consulting processing
•    Initiative and critical sense
•    Strong customer management and selling skills
•    Exercise initiative and independent judgment
•    Long-term commitment
•    English fluency
