The team you will be a part of The Business Analysis team prepares operations analyses, including analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization. Analyzes, and plans and/or conducts procedures that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations to achieve specific objectives. Maintains an ongoing interface with various organizational and regional groups in areas such as decision analysis, technical needs, planning and execution.This role in summary

The Global HR Technology team designs, implements and maintains all HR technology solutions to support organizational needs.  

This HRIS Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, HRIS, playing a key role in ServiceNow HR Portal, Knowledge Base Articles, and Case management; leading maintenance, enhancements and upgrades. 

 

Your responsibilities will include

ServiceNow Tasks:

Monitor incoming break fix and new request tickets. 

Assist HR Operations team with any inquiries received through chat / email.

Gather and analyze end user requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories within the ServiceNow platform.

Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of developed solutions along with release and upgrades testing. 

Update documentation for changes moving to Production.

Manage year-end activities.

Provide support for approved projects. 
 

Portal Tasks:

Author English portal content and coordinate translations for portal content regional teams.

Monitor incoming tickets. 

Coordinate with content owners to keep all articles up to date based on feedback, policy changes and article expiration dates.

Minimum requirements

3 years hands-on experience in HR ServiceNow processes and best practices.

Good understanding of ServiceNow HR Case management.

Familiar with Agile development methodology.

Process improvement experience. 

Proven ability to gather and document requirements, create user stories, and develop solutions within ServiceNow.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred skills and experiences

ServiceNow Certification is highly preferred.
