· Lead and manage day-to-day operations within the Thermal plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements

· Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and maximize productivity

· Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

· Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability and integrity of plant equipment

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

· Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes, integrating relevant updates into plant operations

· Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, aligning operational objectives with business goals

· Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards, promoting a culture of responsibility and risk mitigation

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related engineering field

· Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
