About the Role:
The nursery is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Deputy Manager to join the management team and make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with the ability to lead, support, and contribute to the ongoing success of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to oversee daily operations
Lead by example, providing support to staff and ensuring high-quality care
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Step in to manage the nursery in the absence of the Manager
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience as a Deputy Manager or in a similar leadership role
Passionate about early years education and childcare
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and motivate a team
