Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives, Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

 

What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager-Sales & Market (m/f/d):

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient use of resources. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

 

Your Profile as Deputy Manager-Sales & Market (m/f/d):

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience as a Sales or service  Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
