We are looking for Deputy Manager (O2C)- Internal Analytics Manager
• Collaborate with operations teams and analytics delivery teams to identify, design, and implement internal analytics solutions that drive business performance and decision-making. • Work with vertical leadership to build and execute the required internal analytical solutions and dashboards. • Lead the end-to-end management of analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of actionable insights. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with data engineers, BI developers and data scientists other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytics initiatives, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal analytics needs, providing guidance and support to various teams in understanding and utilizing analytics tools and methodologies. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all internal analytics projects, implementing best practices in data governance and quality assurance. • Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in analytics, recommending and adopting new tools and techniques that enhance the organization’s analytical capabilities. • Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources to meet deadlines and business needs. • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization, advocating for the use of analytics in strategic planning and operations. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide clear, concise, and accurate information to stakeholders across the organization.
You’d describe yourself as:
• 6-8 years of experience in the field of analytics, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful analytics projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT and along with master’s in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field • Strong understanding of data analytics methodologies, tools, and techniques, including data visualization, statistical analysis. • Experience working closely with operations teams to develop and implement analytics solutions that address business challenges. • Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within scope. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in data governance, data quality assurance, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across analytics projects. • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes. • Experience in a similar role with pre-sales, sales and after sales services verticals, with a deep understanding of the unique analytics needs and challenges of such operations.
