Maintaining the site legal and statutory requirements with respect to technical and general requirements. 2. Liaisoning and tracking the TNPCB related queries and statutory requirements (Renewal of Consent to operate, Hazardous waste authorization etc… ). 3. Liaisoning with TNEB for legal requirements. 4. Liaisoning with PESO dept for obtain the explosive license. 5. Liaisoning with CEIG for tracking the legal and statutory requirement (DG tax, Lift license, Rule 32, DG registration etc…) 6. Liaisoning with corporation for obtaining the necessary approval. 7. Coordinate with corporation and tracking the property and water tax demand and payment 8. Give to sample water to PCB on monthly basis for testing and collect the report. 9. Filing the Air, water and noise equality report to PCB. 10. Filing the form 3, Form 4 and Form 5 to TNPCB 11. Tracking fit out activities. 12. Tracking permits and ensuring safety. 13. Tracking the procedures for vacating the occupied area based on occupant’s requirement. 14. Ensuring vacant area check list 15. Execution of Identified snags and improvement jobs at vacant space. 16. Verification In-house PPM documentation and tracking the observation with concern team. 17. Verification of AMC service report and tracking the observation with concern vertical lead 18. Fit out Management, Co-ordinating with the clients for the project related queries during the fit-out time 19. Having a track on all project related activities and smooth handing over and taking over the space from client. 20. Tracking, renewal or obtain and upkeep the statutory document. 21. Tracking and disposal of hazardous waste (5.1 and 5.2) and filing the documents Any revision in the roles and responsibility will be reviewed and updated every quarter.
