Deputy Manager Customer Quality
**Job Description Summary** Reporting directly to Associate Director, Customer Quality Regional Accounts, the Customer Quality Deputy Manager, position is responsible for directing all BD Pharmaceutical Systems Quality Management activities for assigned regional account customers in South Asia as it relates to Customer interface. **Job Description** What You'll Be Doing : • Ensure the implementation of quality systems in compliance with global standards and regulations. • Lead customer complaint investigations and ensure timely closure. • Provide support to customers on product-related issues. • Review of production records for accuracy and compliance. • Conduct audits at manufacturing sites, warehouses and distribution centers to verify compliance with GMPs. • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Support internal and external audit activities. • Collaboration with other functions such as marketing, sales, operations, etc., to ensure effective problem solving and improvement of processes and procedures. • Coordinate training programs related to quality management systems. • Other tasks assigned by supervisor. Qualification & Skills Required : • Minimum education qualification : BE / BTech / ME / MTech or equivalent degree in Biomedical Engineering / Chemistry / Pharmaceutics / Biochemistry / Microbiology. • Experience : 5+ years experience in QA department of medical device industry preferably with knowledge of Pharma Industry • Knowledge of ISO 13485 standard and FDA 21CFR820 preferred. • Good understanding of analytical techniques • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Ability to interact effectively across different levels of management. • Proficient in MS Office applications.
