Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative functions at the factory. Ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations, supports employee relations, and promotes a positive work environment. Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth operations. To establish and maintain cordial relations with neighbourhood community and stakeholders. Human Resources Management: Implement HR policies and procedures at the factory level. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback. Coordinate with department heads to set performance goals and objectives. Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for salary adjustments. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections. Implement safety training programs and promote a culture of safety in the workplace. Administration: Oversee general administrative functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management. Manage factory security and ensure a safe working environment. Coordinate logistics and support for factory events and meetings. Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement. Organize employee welfare activities, team-building events, and recognition programs. Manpower Budgeting, Reporting and Analysis: Prepare Manpower budget and HR and administrative reports for senior management. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making. Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, MBA /MSW HR/ LLB/ Labour Law Fluent in written and verbal communication in Marathi and Hindi. Minimum of 08-12 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.. Leadership and management skills. Good problem-solving skill & target oriented view with decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal local Language. Must have good leadership skill.
