· Coordinate and oversee day-to-day mining operations, including extraction, transportation, and stockpiling of coal.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures.

· Manage and optimize equipment utilization, maintenance, and availability to achieve production targets.

· Lead and mentor a team of mining staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute mine development and expansion projects.

· Monitor and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization.

· Prepare operational reports, budgets, and forecasts to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance operational performance.

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.

Minimum SCC in CMR.

Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in the coal mining industry, with a proven track record of managing operational activities and driving process improvements.
