Plan, execute, and monitor all training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and operational excellence.Adhere to established Training Standard Document, governance plans, and other prescribed regulations.Lead training-related change management and compliance programs for the account.Drive content development and instructional design, incorporating the latest technologies and practices to maintain a competitive edge.Ensure measurable ROI from learning investments and demonstrate the value delivered to the business.Enhance training efficiency and effectiveness through the use of training metrics.Create and maintain comprehensive training Management Information (MI) and documentation.Design, develop, and deliver London Market product and process training.Serve as an ambassador for innovative practices and technologies, implementing best practices across the account(s).Develop and lead a team of highly skilled trainers to deliver exceptional training experiences.Implement and manage a robust update management process, ensuring consistency and compliance.Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback as needed to enhance performance.Leverage generative AI and other automated tools to optimise training processes and outcomes.Build and maintain effective client relationships, addressing actions and requirements as per discussions.Liaising with the client to understand training needs for a certain project and effectively implementing tailor made training programs to assist successful transition of the projectReviewing and updating the governance plan as applicableIdentifying training and development needs within a business through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departmentsMonitoring and reviewing the progress of trainers through one-on-one reviewsEnsuring that statutory training requirements are met (e.g., ISO requirements)Evaluating trainers and training & development programsAmending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environmentQualificationsGraduatePreferred Certification - CII London Market Certification
