The Revenue Performance Organization in Controllership is a dynamic, stakeholder and customer-oriented team in Finance that is focusing on revenue recognition and reporting. We value business-focus while ensuring that we meet compliance and revenue standards under IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). We collaborate with logistics, FP&A, broader controllership, change management, shared services, IT, business representatives and audit associates.

The role

In this role, you be responsible for managing daily activities of Revenue Accounting team to ensure compliance to audit and regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for reviewing and approving manual journals and Balance Sheet reconciliations, monthly and quarterly reporting, month end close process ensuring correctness and completeness of revenue and cost recognition as well as other activities supporting Revenue Team Manager’s role like recruitment, training, setting up back up structure in the team, etc.
You will have opportunities to collaborate with Global Revenue Performance colleagues to achieve consistent best practices and judgement. Your role in the organization will be ensure correct accounting entries to P&L and B/S in the revenue area.

What you’ll bring

Accounting knowledge and applicable knowledge of IFRS15, IFRS16, or ASC606. Accounting experience 9 +years. Team management experience is a plus Good knowledge of excel is a plus Adept at using cloud-based applications common in the industry. At least 3 years’ experience in an industry-related field. Professional degree such as BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. About us We’re a global team of innovators.
