Element has an opportunity for a Deputy Operation Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. Reporting to  Operation Manager, Drilling. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient utilisation of personnel for successful project execution.  A strategic planner who ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time to maximise efficiency, cost-effective execution and project success.

 

This role is based at Kaki Bukit, Singapore 

 

Responsibilities Analysing project proposals and geotechnical investigation plans to determine the required crew size, skillsets and expertise for each project phase (mobilisation, drilling, sampling, demobilisation)

Developing and maintaining standardised operating procedures for various drilling methods, safety protocols, and sample collection techniques to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Overseeing the maintenance and repair of drilling rigs and associated equipment. Coordinating with equipment suppliers or internal maintenance teams to ensure rig availability and minimize downtime.

Ensuring drilling operations adhere to safety protocols and regulations.Collaborating with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements, timelines, and specific crew needs. Skills / Qualifications Minimum of 5 years relevant office support / business operations / administrative experienceAble to work independently in a fast-paced environment
