Role purpose :
Manage the existing and determine the future pipeline of Brands within the assigned portfolio area, with the objective of achieving or exceeding our 5-year business growth plan.Create and implement Portfolio strategies and direct campaigns to drive grower awareness, usage, and loyalty.Bring new technology to growers, aligned to their needs, and further strengthen the leadership position of Syngenta in the Bangladesh agriculture market.Accountabilities:
Create Portfolio plans to achieve growth and development of the portfolio.Manage end to end cross-functional activities and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of portfolio objectives.Strengthen the assigned portfolio with New Brands that provide needed innovation to growers.Develop A&P plans and co-ordinate implementation with the Campaign Team and creative agencies.Create pricing and channel strategy, aligned with overall marketing objectives for each brand.Co-ordinate with Technical Excellence Team to ensure brand benefits are fully demonstrated to growers and Sales Team Brand and Crop knowledge is complete.Manage country and region stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of portfolio business and commercial processes.Company Description

Qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of seven years of professional expertise in the agri-business/FMCG sector, with a focus on marketing, sales and strategy.Education :
Bachelors/Masters in Science (Agriculture/Botany/Zoology, Soil Science. etc), Business Administration.Critical Knowledge :
