Deputy Program Manager
Overview Nisga'a CIOPS provides hands-on experienced services to civilian and DoD programs worldwide. Delivering highly skilled, cleared personnel who provide services on five continents for a portfolio of customers. Summary: The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will support the Cyber Support Services 3 (CSS3) within the Department of the Air Force. The DPM will support the PM in ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity, IT, and support services, maintaining the highest standards of performance and compliance. The DPM will take on leadership duties in the absence of the PM and act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Serving as the focal point for Government/Contractor management communications. Ensuring host unit processes are followed across the various locations supported. Managing DAF unit/Contractor relationships in coordination with the Government. Ensuring appropriate manning to accomplish tasks and notify Program Management Office (PMO). Shall ensure adequate number, type, and experience of personnel is available to execute all requirements. Ensure personnel have a thorough understanding of AFIN applications and systems. Shall complete all initial and recurring training required to gain access to host-base facilities and information networks. Shall be required to travel to support equipment installs, attend training, support various meetings, or for other purposes authorized by the Government Sustainment PM, COR or PCO in support of this contract. Assist the PM in managing all CSS3 contract activities, ensuring compliance with requirements and government regulations. Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring contract deliverables are met on time and within scope. Coordinate with functional team leads, including cybersecurity, IT support, and administrative teams, to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Serve as a backup point of contact for the Department of the Air Force and other key stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and reporting. Monitor personnel performance and resource allocation, providing support to ensure that project goals are met. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to engage with senior-level military and government officials and provide clear, concise reports and briefings Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle high-pressure environments Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of commercial or Government PM experience on Department of Defense (DoD) programs with Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or higher Ability to travel Must be a US citizen Current SECRET (or higher) security clearance Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Pay and Benefits At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
