Deputy Program Manager
**Summary** **CHENEGA RELIABLE SERVICES, LLC** Las Vegas, NV THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD The **Deputy Program Manager** shall assist the Project Manager in the overall management control and accountability for technical performance, cost and schedule control requirements and general management of specific projects assigned to them. Will have full authority to commit and control funds and resources assigned to the program. Serves as the authorized supervisor when the PM is not present and point-of-contact with the COR for the management, technical and administrative performance of all work in accordance with this PWS. **Responsibilities** + Assists PM in all aspects of the effort and shall have the autonomy from the corporate headquarters to execute the effort unimpeded by corporate management. + Responsible for the successful performance of multiple contracts and ensuring project safety and quality control. + Alternates liaison with the Government customer. + Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with your team members, vendors, management, and other departments + Monitors and reports program execution status with Project Manager and CRS leadership. + Develops and monitors detailed workflows and resourcing plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, resolve conflicts, and manage progress with confidence. + Monitors potential obstacles, risks, and constraints and effectively plan around them. + Provides weekly status reports that inspire as well as capture progress and issues. + Provides proposal writing and editing expertise to Proposal Management team on federal government procurement opportunities. + Supervises qualified labor and management necessary to perform maintenance support services of real property (to include functions required to perform named tasks) ordered under this task order in a cost effective, safe, and environmental sound manner. + Executes training program addressing both Government training and contractor-provided training to ensure contractor personnel are trained and required skills are maintained to accomplish the requirements of this effort. + Enforces the site-specific safety plan. + Develops and implements a program which outlines the long-term use, systematic care, inspection, and maintenance record keeping of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). + Maintains Government owned records. + Assists with Security Clearance Processing. + Ensures all Human Resource reporting and compliance with Human Resources laws and regulations are followed. + Assists in recruiting, evaluation, discipline, and annual benefits process for all employees. + Supervises the Programs Contract, Subcontract, and Procurement efforts. + Alternates Program interface with the US Government’s Contracting Officer. + Manages Program property control and management + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, architecture, construction management, or facility management from a program certified by the Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET), or from a program certified by the National Architecture Accrediting Board. + Minimum three (3) years technical experience directly related to project management support functions. + Possess and maintain a state issued Driver’s License + Possess and maintain an Active Q Clearance + Project Manager Professional Certification Preferred **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Knowledge in operations and maintenance of facilities (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Grounds), utilities (Water & Sewer), installed building equipment, construction and renovation, and high voltage distribution systems. + Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems + Experience with financial management. + Possess general supervisory operation maintenance experience. + Must understand ISO and quality management system program level functions. **Physical Demands** (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
