Deputy Program Manager
**Overview** ***** This position is contingent upon contract award ***** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to act as back-up to the Program Manager, as required, and other assigned tasks to meet the overall requirements of a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at multiple overseas locations. This position is based in the Washington, DC Metro Area. **Essential Job Duties** + Have experience managing the following functions: + Prime power production + Facilities and infrastructure maintenance + Hospitality Services + Fire Alarm and Suppression System Maintenance + Physical Security Equipment and Infrastructure Maintenance + Engineering design + Minor construction + Grounds maintenance + Warehousing and inventory management. **Minimum Requirements** + Active in scope TS/SCI with polygraph. + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration and ten (10) years of experience in management-level positions managing facilities and life support contracts overseas. If the degree is in a discipline other than what’s stated, then the candidate must have a total of ten (10) years of experience in management-level positions and at least six (6) years of experience in the field of engineering or business. The years of experience in management and engineering or business can be concurrent. + Project Management Professional Certification. + Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience working with the IC or DoD. **Work Environment** + Periodic travel to overseas locations, some remote. + Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions. + Position may require travel on short notice. + Wearing location appropriate clothing and PPE when in the field is required. **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
