Deputy Project Director (GIS - Puerto Rico)

We believe in collaboration, mutual respect, open communication, and opportunity for growth. **_What will you be doing_** **_to support_** **_the Program Director_** **_?_** + Work directly with project technical stakeholders and ICF project team to helpoptimizeproject scope, budget, scheduleand deliverables + Oversee development of contract technical solutions to meet program needs + Supervise the Puerto Rico GIS Specialist Team in GIS application design, development, testing and deployment + Support development of project work plans and determinetechnical resource requirements + Plan, coordinate and oversee project technical activities to ensure on-time delivery + Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements + Develop, monitor and enforce policies and GIS standards + Maintain accurate client technical communication and project documentation + Oversee technical risk register and management plan and quality assurance activities **_What you must have_** **_:_** + Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. + 12+ years of experience supporting complex IT and GIS data projects + 4+ years of related GIS platform development experience (e.g. Esri, cloud, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro) + 4+ years of experience managing or supervising staff and projects in Puerto Rico + 4+ years of experience managing cadastral datasets, orthophotography data management and applications + Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages + US Citizenship required (required by federal government for this position) + This position is located in Puerto Rico and requires the ability to travel around the island to meet with clients and stakeholders. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $129,981.00 - $220,967.00 Puerto Rico Remote Office (PR99)
