RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defines, ensures implementation, and adapts the project realization strategy.
- Guarantees the application of QHSE rules in his/her area/
- Autonomous in the definition of the project baseline values.
- Controls the cost (margin objective), quality, lead times and technical performance of the project for which she/he is responsible.
- Organizes and steers relationships with external stakeholders in the context of long-term relationships (beyond the project). --- -- Defines and implements a contractual strategy (including company representation during claim and litigation)
- Leads, coordinates and federates his/her team around the business strategy
- Ensures and encourage good relationships with internal stakeholders (subsidiary managers in the various departments of the organization) in the context of long term relationships(beyond the project)
- Defines and implements strategies, aiming to develop opportunities in his/her business and beyond.
- Identifies, analyses and manages risks in the area for which he/she is responsible.
- Issues reports on his/her area of responsibility
- Sign on behalf of the company commercial bid, regulatory, compliance and other required documents as may be designated in the exercise of his professional qualification and/or profession
- Direct the REX (Return of Experience)
