Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to assist in the leadership of a multi-year complex Design-Build effort at Holston Army Ammunition Plant.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide direction and management support for large projects.Ensure on-schedule completion of projects within or below budget.Oversee the profitability of each project element and manage all financial aspects.Develop and manage project scope and commercial performance to meet project goals and objectives.Plan and define project goals and devise methods to accomplish them.Develop in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.Ensure projects meet or exceed goals established in project plans.What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical FieldProven experience as a Project Manager for large capital projects.Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and forecasting remaining work.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated by leading high priority projects and coordinating with various teams.Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for leadership and customers.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, evidenced by troubleshooting operations and implementing solutions.
