Role Description:
The role is responsible for the timely issuance and execution of trade confirmations across Fixed Income and Equity products for the Global Markets business. The team will need to liaise with Trading/Sales, Legal and other operational teams as well as external clients and understand the flow of trade confirmations from trade booking to drafting the document to chasing our counterparties for execution of the confirmations. This role offers a high level of visibility as you will work with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery and support to a range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Identifies and flags potential risks in a timely mannerEnsure timely and accurate drafting of confirmations to our Global Markets clients.Resolve complex legal language discrepancies on Equity confirmation within a timely manner.Challenge the team’s processes and generate ideas to improve how we do things.Active involvement with our Change and Technology partners to drive forward process enhancementsAbility to adapt quickly to changes in the market, regulatory and internal business environment.Capture RCA (Root Cause Analysis) data to identify process enhancements and/or improved controlsCommunicate effectively with internal and external partners to build productive working relationships and find long term solutions to recurring issuesWhat we are looking for:
