We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our Equity Derivatives team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance pricing applications for equity derivatives, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that meet the demanding needs of our financial trading operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement pricing applications for equity derivatives, focusing on performance, reliability, and accuracy
- Develop and maintain real-time data processing systems using modern messaging technologies
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to understand and implement complex pricing models
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers
- Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and documentation
- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high-volume trading scenarios
- Participate in on-call rotation to support critical trading systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of software development experience, with significant exposure to financial applications
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework
- Extensive experience with messaging systems, particularly Kafka and gRPC
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience with real-time data processing and low-latency applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud deployment, particularly in AWS
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Understanding of equity derivatives and financial markets
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Previous experience in a financial services environment
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related field

The Salary Range for this position is $150,000-$250,000.
The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
