Job Title: Derivatives Trading Sr Business AnalystJob Description The Derivatives Trading Senior Business Analyst will define and execute improvements, system fixes, and prioritize work for IT on the current ecosystem of derivatives trading systems and processes. The candidate will maintain communication with relevant stakeholders on progress, demos, and performance metrics of the Risk IT delivery and support team. Responsibilities + Organize and plan derivatives system initiatives + Analyze impact on current systems and processes and define the scope + Determine cross-functional dependencies + Liaise with business and IT areas for coordination, developing plans and approaches + Execute project plans + Ensure alignment of priorities and deliverables for IT related workstreams + Manage communication and status updates with stakeholders Essential Skills + Business analysis + Agile methodology + Requirement gathering + Derivatives + SQL + Trading Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with systems such as Finastra, Calypso, Murex, Neoxam, Golden Source, Markit EDM, EPAM, or similar + Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance or IT related field + 7-10 years of business analysis or product owner experience in Trading and Derivatives or related area + Strong knowledge of systems, data, and business process integrations between corporate functions in investments, risk, operations, and finance + In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management Work Environment The role involves working with both Finance, IT, and Risk departments in a hybrid setting with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
